Richard’s real estate journey began at a high-profile investment firm, in LA, where he gained early experience with sizable real estate transactions and private loans. At RSR Lending he oversees loan origination and processing. A Pepperdine University graduate, Richard holds a Bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Philosophy, honing his analytical and ethical thoughtfulness. Outside of work, Richard enjoys tennis, fly fishing, and spending time with his fiancée.
